This policy covers cleanroost.comand the Clean Roost platform. The cleaning businesses that use Clean Roost run their own public websites and handle their own customers' information under their own policies. This policy is about Clean Roost itself.

Information we collect

Information you give us:

• Waitlist: your email, and optionally your name, city, and where you are in starting a cleaning business.
• Account details: if you create an account (invite-only right now), the information you enter to set up and run your cleaning business on Clean Roost.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data through Google Analytics: pages you visit, approximate location, and device and browser details. Google Analytics uses cookies.
• Server logs from our hosting provider, such as your IP address and basic request information.

How we use your information

• To contact you about the waitlist and to let you know when Clean Roost opens.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the site and the product.
• To understand how people use the site so we can make it better.
• To respond to you and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run Clean Roost, each under their own privacy terms:

• Supabase, for database hosting
• Resend, for sending email
• Vercel, for website hosting
• Google Analytics, for usage analytics
• Stripe, for payment processing on paid accounts

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer needed. Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@cleanroost.com. You can also unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message, or by emailing us.

Children

Clean Roost is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
